A hands-on exploration of the fundamentals of bodywork.  In this course we try delve into a variety of modalities - e.g Trager, Swedish-Esalen, Deep Tissue and Intuitive - as well as begin to build a skill base in techniques of observation.  This course is well suited for beginning and novice practitioners of bodywork.
