This is a 5-day introduction to the principles of Structural Integration (aka ‘Rolfing’), and the first session of the Rolf 10-Series.
We will explore a cohesive framework for working with bodies, whether you are a practitioner, a teacher of movement / asana or a bodyworker. We will work with observation skills, analysis of structure, and appropriate touch.
