This is a hands-on introduction to the foundation of Structural Integration (aka 'Rolfing').  In this course, participants will study the principles and hands-on practice underlying the first three session of the Structural Integration 10-Series.  

Students can expect to:

• Expand observation / analytical skills
• Extend hands-on skills
• Develop insight into fascial layering
• Learn a common sense approach to bodywork
• Obtain CE credits from NCBTMB

Applicants must have a minimum of:

• basic skills in a hands-on bodywork modality
• introductory-level knowledge of anatomy
